Carla and her late husband, Jim, started EPS in 1988. Carla is the owner and CEO of EPS. With a passion for service and being a connector of people, she has fostered a business culture rooted in care and respect since day one. She will tell you she enjoys coming to work because of the people and likes collaborating and interacting with the diverse personalities that make up EPS. Carla smiles with pride when she talks about the EPS family, a talented group of individuals with shared values who treat each other, their customers, and their community with genuine care and concern. Outside of work, Carla believes in giving back. She has chaired and served on various boards and can often be found volunteering or supporting various community events. She loves spending time with family and friends, particularly on the lake. You can also find her playing golf, pickleball, cooking or just gathering and connecting with people.
