MEET THE TEAM

Although not old, you could say Don is an “old-timer” at EPS, being the first employee in 1989. He has witnessed many changes over the decades but values the constants at EPS such as the importance of honesty, ethics, family, and giving back to the community. Don loves working with and helping his clients and enjoys riding motorcycles with a goal to ride in all 50 states (only 14 to go!). He adores his family, including his children and grandchildren, and spends as much time as possible with them. If he has any time left over, you can find him working on projects around the house. In 2024, Don officially retired after an amazing 35 years with EPS, but continues to work with our team and build strong client relationships.
